Pre- & Post-Natal Training

Are you a new Mom or Mom-to-be?

Pre-Natal Programs:

Stay fit throughout your pregnancy and train for the big day! We will work on your endurance in various labour positions and train your pelvic floor muscles. Plus you're going to need strong arms & a strong upper body to lug that new baby around! With additional focus on posture, we will help your body adjust to the added burden of boobs & belly.

Post-Natal Programs:

Let’s get your body back into pre-baby shape! Your program will include a Diastasis Recti (abdominal separation) assessment.
Your baby is welcome to join us in the session and we'll work around feeding and fussing as needed!

 

When can we start?

The general guidelines are 2-3 weeks following a vaginal birth & 6 weeks following a c-section delivery. You will require clearance from your doctor or midwife regardless.
